General Terms & Conditions
These General Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, agreements, orders, deliveries and services of customcovers.eu.
1. Identity
customcovers.eu is a trade name of Chogani Holding B.V., located at Prinsenstraat 29-D, 1404 JL Bussum, The Netherlands.
2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements, orders, deliveries and services of customcovers.eu.
3. Quotations
All quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By accepting a quotation, the customer confirms that all stated dimensions, specifications, quantities, colours and other product details have been fully checked and are correct. After approval of the quotation, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of all provided information.
4. Custom work
All products are fully custom-made based on the information provided by the customer and the quotation approved by the customer. Deviations resulting from incorrect or incomplete information, dimensions or specifications provided by the customer are entirely at the customer's own expense and risk.
5. Production
customcovers.eu does not produce the offered products itself, but works together with specialised production partners. Minor deviations in colour, material, finish, stitching, position of rings, tolerances and dimensions that are customary in custom production do not constitute grounds for rejection, replacement or compensation.
6. Payment
Production starts after receipt of the full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Delivery times
Stated delivery times are indicative. Delays in production, transport or delivery do not entitle the customer to cancellation, compensation or any other form of compensation.
8. Shipping
Orders are shipped via external carriers. customcovers.eu is not liable for delays, damage or other circumstances occurring during transport after the order has been handed over to the carrier.
9. Returns
All products are fully custom-produced. After approval of the quotation, an order can no longer be changed, cancelled or returned. Products that have been produced in accordance with the approved quotation will not be taken back.
10. Warranty
Complaints must be reported as soon as possible after receipt of the order. If a production defect is established, customcovers.eu will, at its discretion, arrange for repair, replacement or an appropriate solution. The warranty expires if damage is caused by incorrect use, normal wear and tear, weather influences, unprofessional installation or incorrect data provided by the customer.
11. Liability
The liability of customcovers.eu is limited to a maximum of the invoice amount of the relevant order. customcovers.eu is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, business damage, loss of profit, damage to property, installation costs or other costs arising from the use of the delivered products.
12. Force Majeure
customcovers.eu is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure, including disruptions at suppliers, production partners, carriers, natural disasters, strikes, government measures or other circumstances beyond its control.
13. Applicable law
All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
